Subscription Policy
This Subscription Policy governs the terms and conditions applicable to customers who enroll in a product subscription through vitaflexcare.com. By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Subscription Enrollment
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize VitaFlex to automatically charge your designated payment method at the frequency selected (every 30 days) for the applicable product(s) until the subscription is canceled.
You will receive an order confirmation and subsequent shipping notifications via email for each subscription cycle.
By placing your monthly recurring order of any subscription product listed below, you will be charged the applicable subscription price Now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and receipt after each successful transaction.

2. Pricing and Discounts
Subscription orders are eligible for a discount off the regular retail price, as displayed on the product page at the time of enrollment. VitaFlex reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, discount rates, or product availability at any time with reasonable advance notice.
If pricing changes, you will be notified prior to your next billing cycle and may cancel or modify your subscription at that time.
3. Billing and Payment
The payment method used at the time of your initial order will be charged automatically on a recurring basis, based on your selected frequency. Billing will occur on or around the same calendar day of each subscription cycle.
If your payment method fails or is declined, your subscription may be suspended or canceled at our discretion.
4. Shipping and Fulfillment
Subscription orders are fulfilled and shipped after successful billing. Shipping times and rates may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.
We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
5. Subscription Management
You may manage your subscription at any time through your customer account, including the ability to:
Change delivery frequency
Skip a delivery
Update payment or shipping information
Pause or cancel your subscription
To avoid being billed for the next cycle, changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled billing date.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations made after an order has been billed will apply to the following cycle. There are no cancellation fees.
VitaFlex reserves the right to cancel or suspend subscriptions for any reason, including misuse or abuse of the program.
7. Returns and Refunds
Products purchased through a subscription may be returned whether opened or unopened. Please refer to our Return Policy page for full details on eligibility, timeframes, and how to initiate a return.
